Course Overview
Sleep Medicine is a multidisciplinary specialty focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of sleep disorders. Sleep disturbances such as insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, and circadian rhythm disorders significantly affect physical and mental health. Advances in sleep studies, including polysomnography and home sleep testing, have improved the ability to diagnose and manage these conditions effectively.
